Longevity is the best strength and conditioning program for retirees in Bloomington! Classes are led by physical therapists and include a variety of fun beneficial exercises. Multiple sessions available each day. I always feel happy and energized when I leave😀

Going to Longevity Bloomington on Tuesdays and Thursdays makes them my two favorite days of the week. I find the varied workouts that we do to be at just the right intensity for me.
