Personal Training
for Adults 50+

Train in a calm, private studio designed exclusively for adults 50+. Each session is led by a licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant who creates a safe, customized program built around your goals, health history, and comfort level.

About Our Personal Training

Our small-group personal training program is limited to no more than four participants per session, ensuring personal attention and expert guidance at every step. The environment is professional, welcoming, and free from distractions — no loud music, mirrors, or crowded spaces — so you can focus fully on moving safely and confidently toward your goals.

Your program is custom built to help you move better, build strength, and keep doing the things you love. It is created by a Physical Therapist who understands the needs of active adults 50 and older.

Small Group Setting

Train alongside up to three other adults for a motivating, supportive atmosphere that still allows for plenty of personal attention.
